Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a 10% processing fee to be deducted from the original cost of the item. You can return your product for a different product of equal value or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.  

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • All items in the store can be refunded or exchanged EXCEPT for acrylic signs and personalized quote t-shirts.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email at cerebralgw@gmail.com with the subject RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

  2. In the email state the item (including the invoice/order number) you’d like to return or exchange.

  3. Indicate the reason for the request.

  4. We will respond within 72 hours with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund or replacement product?

    • The processing time depends on the payment method selected. However, we endeavour to have the process completed as soon as possible. If the item was cancelled, the funds should be returned within 3-7 days.

    • If the item was received, the funds (minus the 10% processing fee) will be refunded within 3-7 days upon receipt of the item and verification that it meets our requirements for return.

    • For exchanges, the new item will be shipped within 3-7 days after receiving the original item and verification that it meets our requirements for an exchange.

  • Are there any additional shipping fees the customer will need to pay?

    • For returns/refunds: No, the 10% processing fee is the only payment that will be deducted from the original payment.

    • For exchanges: No, the 10% processing fee is the only additional charge.

  • Is there a return restocking fee the customer will need to pay?

    • Restocking costs are included in the 10% processing fee.

  • What if my item is lost or damaged?

    • If the item is lost, the company will replace the item upon confirmation with the courier that the package was lost. This will be at no cost to the customer.

    • If the item is damaged, upon receiving the damaged item, the company will replace same at no additional cost to the customer.
