The topics range from finance to inspirational, spiritual matters, and academic pieces. The blog was the first part of the Cerebral brand to be created and made available to the public. Some of the blogs are translated into Spanish. The blog has been read in over 40 countries across all continents. Shortened versions of blog-like inspiration are published as Cerebral Massage Snippets. These are posted Mondays to Fridays on WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. At times, there is a Behind The Snippets (IGTV Series) in which the thought process behind the snippet is discussed either live or as a pre-recorded video.
